The host was incredibly friendly, and when you open the window you can see the coliseum. The building is only two stories and the stairs are quick to climb.

“Ótima estadia”

We had a great experience during our stay in Rome. The hotel's location was excellent, which made a big difference for us because we could do almost everything on foot, with plenty of ease and tranquility. The value for money also surprised us positively, especially considering the location. Our stay was calm, comfortable, and without any problems. It was a great choice for exploring Rome and enjoying the city with practicality. We really liked the experience and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a good location, ease of movement, and great value for money. Everything was fine!

“Great location in old apt building. Be prepared to walk up 3 flights of stairs daily.”

The place is great, just a short walk to the Colosseum and you can see it from the window. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the Trevi Fountain and other spots, and I had to take an Uber to get to the Vatican area. The room and bathroom were good sized. The morning staff were very nice and flexible with cleaning times. Remember, this is an apartment building with rooms on the 3rd floor and no elevator. The bed was lumpy with deep depressions and overall uncomfortable. There are three flights of stairs to climb, but they do warn you, so it's best for agile travelers. The stairs are old, poorly lit, and not very inviting. It's more suitable for practical, easy-going travelers.

“Muito bom apartamento”

The room was well decorated and had everything advertised. The location was excellent! The mattress is old and very sagging, which disrupted my sleep.
