The staff were amazing and the overall views of the resort were stunning. The bathrooms could use an update, but I still loved the shower.

Beautiful, renovated spot with a great vibe: friendly, relaxed, clean-smelling and very welcoming as soon as you step in. I’m still searching for something I didn’t like.

It was quiet and relaxing. Nothing to add.

The breakfast buffet fell short; the food wasn’t warm or fresh, so it didn’t feel worth the price. In our room there was an exposed electrical outlet and the maintenance worker explained it as normal, which didn’t make sense given the fire‑safety risk. Someone also pooped in the pool, ruining the experience. The location is beautiful, but the grounds feel neglected, which is disheartening.

Awesome location for restng up after long trip . Pool and slide were great but lacked staff actually cleaning out the skimmers as every one was full so floating stuff just floating. Clean the skimmers and 10/10. Everything else was great. Clean the skimmers 3 4 times a day to get the floating items out other wise the sink and look bad. 5 min job for the 1 of the 6 lifeguards. You can do better
