Communication before arrival and during the stay was excellent. The room was lovely, bright, and had everything I needed. It would be helpful to have an extra light or lamp near the kettle/tea area and a coffee‑making tray.

We never had breakfast because we couldn't find where it was served. Communication was only via email, and no staff were visible. We struggled without a fridge and microwave, which left us with cold food at times.

The rooms were comfy, clean, and the atmosphere stayed quiet, but the shower temperature kept swinging between hot and cold and I couldn’t get it to stay steady.

The place was clean, but it was almost impossible to find. The house wasn’t marked on the map, and the parking spots that were advertised were all taken. We were unhappy with the room and checked out after one night, refusing to pay for the remaining three nights.
