Our room was clean. We've stayed at a lot of Fairfields and this one fell short in a lot of ways. For the price, it just wasn't all that great

Staff was kind and responsive. The building is very old and needs updating.

“I will never return to this hotel.”

The location worked for us because it was within 20 minutes of all the attractions we planned to visit, and many restaurants were close by. The service was very bad. Your employees at the front desk were always on their personal phones. The phone in our room didn’t work; it was replaced twice, then a staff member said the problem was in the wall. We asked for towels in the morning before we left and again after dinner, but we had none. The person cleaning the breakfast area used the same dirty cloth that had cleaned the tables to wipe down paper cups, then used the same towels to clean the inside of the dispensing machines—totally unsanitary! Two mornings there were no paper plates. I knocked on the door many times, but the girl didn’t hear me because she was listening to music. I just opened the door and told her about the plates. It seemed some employees took pride in their job, while others didn’t.
