The room and bathroom were excellent. The management was impersonal and the breakfast was stingy.

The property sits in an ideal spot: from the window you enjoy a nice view of the valley below, yet it’s right in the city center, a short walk from Piazza Cavour and a few minutes from the main attractions. The cathedral, for instance, is about 6 minutes away and easy to reach. For breakfast I received a voucher via WhatsApp that could be used at two cafés in the center, both within a minute’s walk from the hotel. The fridge with a complimentary bottle of water and the coffee machine were very convenient. I never met the managers, but they supplied clear information with pictures, and I had no trouble finding or accessing the property. The only issue was some Wi‑Fi problems.
