“An imperfect but very pleasant stay”
What I liked most was how accommodating the staff were; whenever there was an issue, they stepped in to help and brainstorm options, which is more valuable than expecting perfection. The in‑hotel restaurant food is incredible—worth trying beyond just breakfast, and the cooking team knows what they're doing. It would have been nice if they had mentioned that the drains have small latches that need to be opened to let water out; I had never seen that before, and showering without glasses made it hard to see unless I crouched down, which I did by accident. By sheer luck, I ended up with room 123 whose air conditioning didn't work; the staff did their best to fix it, and when they couldn't do it quickly, they moved me to room 03, which was fine even after I had already used the shower. I must note that calling the front desk didn't work from that room.
