The room was bright and offered a sea view, and overall everything was fine.

Breakfast was excellent, the suite was spacious, everything was very comfortable, the pool and jacuzzi were outstanding, and every member of the staff—from bartenders to wait staff—was incredible; the concierge was very helpful, making it an A+++ overall experience. Nothing negative.

The location was great with a view over the harbor, close to sights, adventure providers, restaurants and shopping; the staff were pleasant, the rooms were beautiful with good beds, and the restaurant was fine, but the a la carte food was served too quickly and in an uncomfortable manner. The steep staircase at the entrance had many steps, giving no chance to bring luggage up a slope or cart into the hotel—very uncomfortable, and unfortunately the question about help with luggage only came up after check‑in.
