Waterfront Resort by KGH Group

“Ultimate value for money”

I appreciated the hospitality; the hotel staff were courteous and helpful, the view was amazing, and every facility was within walking distance, making it a great place to stay, though the food was good but could still be improved.

The hotel’s spot in Pokhara is great, with a stunning lake view and very helpful staff who fix any issue right away. We got there in the afternoon from India, but a DJ at the pool kept blasting loud music until the night, which is a problem for me because I have tinnitus. After telling the manager, he quickly arranged for us to stay at their sister hotel, which turned out to be a perfect surprise with the Annapurna mountains in view.

Everything about the infrastructure, facilities, and people was impressive. The staff were exceptional, especially Yousuf, who went above and beyond to support us during our child’s emergency medical situation.

“Lovely stay in a great view”

Good choice for us, firstly the view around the hotel - lake and mountains. 2nd its walking distance to Disney area as well as food options. Staff are friendly. Nice selections of breakfast options. Mr Yusof, well done and thank you !. Nothing to comment, all was good and keep up the good work !

“The location of this property was perfect”

I really like the location, right near Phewah Lake. Nothing else to add.
