I booked and paid for a room at a hotel that had already shut down, yet I still received a confirmation. The new owner plans to renovate, but at least the restaurant, Salz & Pfeffer, was open and the staff welcomed us and assisted us. It’s a shame the hotel no longer exists and I hope to get my money back soon.
