Loved the location and the pool was a highlight. The bed was comfy and there were plenty of outlets. No breakfast, though, and the building feels old—shower valves unfinished, tiny shower cubicle, a mysterious door next to the bed with no key, and a glass front door that only offered privacy with a blackout curtain.

The room was spotless, but the bed was a tight single—too small for a couple. I ended up bringing my own mattress for me and my husband.

The location is fine, just a couple of blocks from the beach. But you really need to be told to head forward when leaving; behind the hotel is a rough area. No breakfast, and when we asked about paying for one they were flat out saying it wasn’t available. The old facilities were a problem—shower and toilet were broken, the toilet seat was cracked, and there were no staff at the front desk to show us how to open the gates, causing a delay until someone answered the phone.
