A family‑friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The owners are kind and helpful, and it was a pleasure to meet and chat with them. The location is excellent—far from the bustle and just a short walk from the sea (Silvi Marina) and the beautiful Atri.

The owners are very helpful and friendly, and it was truly a pleasure to chat with them. The room was clean and comfortable, lacking nothing. The air conditioning was very useful. The room and bathroom (single use) were a bit small, but for a short stay that isn’t an issue.
