The hotel itself was fantastic, with a great location and friendly staff. However, the real letdown was the beds - I've slept on better ones in hostels. The rooms were clean and the service was top-notch, but the beds were a major issue. I'm not sure what they were thinking with those mattresses, but it was a real problem.

There is nothing to be like in the room except for the view. - no Towels provided - no Hot water available - check in was horrendous and staff was not helpful - no room service and no one to help if needed

“Stay and fooding was good except clear cheating in tea prices”

The hotel's location is a major plus, with plenty of public transport options available in every direction. However, the real letdown was the overpriced tea - I'm talking about a general rip-off, not just here but at local tea stalls too. They'd normally sell a cup for 10 rupees, but here it was 20 rupees, which is just daylight robbery. Still, the location makes up for a lot, so it's worth considering if you're in the area.
