The staff are eager to help with any questions or requests. The gardens around the pool give a genuine tropical vibe, with various wildlife appearing from time to time. A great spot to unwind and listen to the birds. Will definitely come back.

The hotel was gorgeous, the room super comfy, and the pool was a real highlight—huge, beautiful, and perfect for a break between temple visits, even until 9 pm. The ground‑floor room was cozy, we enjoyed the bar’s happy hour, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Its proximity to the temples made it easy to shuttle back and forth during the day, and we used Grab to head into town in the evening for just €1 per ride. In the low season, breakfast was only à la carte, offering a single plate from a list of options; we were a bit disappointed not to have a buffet or the ability to order more (maybe we misunderstood the system). Laundry service was shockingly expensive at $5 kg, whereas we’d seen prices as low as $1 elsewhere.

Everything was fine, the staff were friendly, and the swimming pool was great. The cocktails were very cheap and tasty too.
