“Wirkt chique, ist dann doch eher mau.”
The location works well if you like going out in the evenings, although the area is considered not very safe at night. Breakfast was adequate and the staff were very friendly. However, the bed linen was dirty, with stains and hair on the sheets and pillowcases. The toilet ran continuously at night. There were two tubes of shampoo but no body wash. The nightstand lamp didn’t work, so I had to use the ceiling light, which gave off a very unpleasant glow. The beds and the floor creaked loudly.

I only stayed one night, but I can say this place feels very cozy and has everything you need for the time you’re there.
I liked the stay, location, and breakfast. But breakfast no longer had protein. I stayed 10 days and there were no more eggs. Regarding service, Gabriel and the girls were very friendly, but there was a guy who didn’t even respond to our “good morning.”

The only thing we liked was the staff’s attention—a Venezuelan guy in the afternoon, the breakfast lady, and the cleaning lady, but she robbed us so we will never return to this hotel. Breakfast was outdoors, almost with outdoor stoves that didn’t all work. You had to dress up to go breakfast because the lady Laura was freezing; I think they didn’t give us the cleaning employee’s name, and she stole cash from the room. Worst, no manager or boss appeared to talk and obviously didn’t take responsibility for anything. Terrible, nobody was there!
