The breakfast was very good (but they don't have the same options every day, it seems more complete during the weekend) I like that they have coffee at the room and a fridge. I loved the shower gel, very cool. I appreciate that they have a free service to keep the luggage the last day after checking out. They put us in twin beds. Should have been a big bed. Not a big issue tho, because we put them together

Entering the lobby, you’re immediately immersed in a Mediterranean vibe: the décor is a real success from the lobby to the breakfast/bar area and the rooms. The patio isn’t as pretty because of fake plants and fruit, but it’s still nice to have an outdoor space right in the city centre. The staff are adorable and competent. The rooms are stunning, very clean, quiet (ask for ones that don’t face the main street), and the bed is extremely comfortable. The Atelier Rebul toiletries are a great choice. Breakfast, made with fresh seasonal products, is one of the best and most varied I’ve had in this class of hotel, with halal and vegetarian options available. In terms of safety, the hotel’s location (the Botanique metro stop is the nearest) is okay for a solo woman; a few meters down the street the vibe changes. The location isn’t the most central, but everything is easily reachable on foot or by metro, and the Grand Place is about a 25‑minute walk.
