The online staff was very helpful; they helped me check in when the office was not occupied, and when the staff returned they were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very good. The AC had a very slight damp smell.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, beds were excellent, and the room was very clean. No complaints at all.

The shower and bed were fine, but the stairs were a challenge with an ice chest and bag. The top stairs kept latching onto my ice chest and need repair.

The floors were dirty and I'm pretty sure the bed sheets hadn't been changed.
