“positives and negatives”
The hostess was friendly, the place was spotless, the bed was comfy, and they offered plenty of personalized tourist info; the location is great for the historic centre. However, the terrace that was advertised was actually just a laundry area and there was no external seating spot.

The host was lovely, and the apartment has everything you need for a short stay while exploring Split and the surrounding area, though it is fairly small.
Valeria was extremely friendly and helpful, arranging an airport transfer and greeting us at the apartment with local tips. The unit was clean, comfortable, and modern, equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The area is quiet and just a short walk from restaurants, supermarkets, landmarks, and the port. I’d definitely come back!

The place is very well situated on a quiet street close to the old town and the port, offering all the perks without the downsides. It’s a tiny apartment with modern décor, a small table with two chairs, a fridge, a kettle, a capsule coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathroom has a large shower. There are two comfortable beds. Two supermarkets and a large market are nearby, and they kindly kept our bags for us. The only drawbacks are the lack of a microwave and an electric stove.
