“AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ITS NOT WORTH THE LOW PRICE”
I was disappointed because the room was advertised incorrectly; there is no real window in the bedroom, so it feels like a closet with no airflow. The hotel never mentioned that this was an internal room with no outdoor window. They offered a weak fan instead of A/C, making it feel like sleeping in a sauna with a light breeze. A hallway window lets anyone in the hotel light up the room in the middle of the night, and there is no sound insulation because the window opens directly onto the hallway. I asked for a room exchange, but they had none available and said they would refund the remaining nights if I processed it myself. When I tried to get the refund, they never replied and disappeared. This operation feels very dishonest.
The staff were very efficient and the place was very clean. It feels a little dated, but it is very functional.

The place exceeded all my expectations. The photos don’t do it justice; it’s much more beautiful and comfortable than they look. Truly amazing, very friendly, and centrally located… IN THE HEART OF CHUECAAAAAA. Nothing could be better or cheaper. I LOVE IT. The only issue is that you can hear conversations from neighboring buildings at times, but that’s the only detail. After 12 am the people are asleep, so it’s not a problem to worry about. IF YOU ARE READING THIS MESSAGE… DON’T HESITATE… BOOK THIS STAY… IT’S BEAUTIFUL.
