Everything was really enjoyable – the location, the historic building, the mix of modern and historic décor, the quick and punctual communication with staff, and the delicious breakfast served in the room; I’ll definitely come back!

The room was very large and tall (over 4 meters), the old building structure was well maintained, the stone floor was nice, the large floor‑to‑ceiling windows looked out onto a quiet courtyard, and it was super central in Genoa’s old town – everything was good, though it’s self‑check‑in, the instructions are clear.

The location is fantastic, right next to the harbor, and there were no issues at all.

The place is great and the room is spacious, and the price is reasonable, but the bathroom and bed were uncomfortable and the Piazza was noisy.

One of the best experiences I've ever had: a beautiful apartment, a wonderful location, everything was handled in the room without any trouble, and it was an amazing experience in an amazing city.
