The staff were adorable, I didn't even wake up for breakfast and a table was set for me, so kind. The location is great and the staff are very caring. I recommend it with closed eyes.

Everything was perfect. They prepared a breakfast box for us since our flight left early, and it was very attentive and clean. They offered to handle the taxi and the breakfast was varied and served at the requested time. I would repeat this experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, traditional property! The owner and his family were the friendliest and most hospitable people I met during our 10‑day vacation in Uzbekistan. They shared fascinating local insights and even gave us a lift to find our taxi. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely return the next time I visit Khiva.

This hotel knows what amazing customer service looks like. Very kind, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is huge and tasty and the room was very clean

If you’re hunting for a hotel in Khiva, book this one right away; it was the best spot we stayed in Uzbekistan, and chatting with the owners gave us great local insight, plus they arranged a trip to the fortresses—definitely back again!
