The staff here were absolutely fantastic, very friendly and helpful. They even noticed I'd left my second phone behind and arranged for it to be delivered to the next hotel. Everything ran smoothly, and I'd definitely come back. The only downsides were that there was no shuttle service, and the bathroom was a bit small, but that's pretty standard in Japan.
