“Nicht noch mal.”
The receptionist was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The location near the thermal spa was convenient. However, the hotel feels completely rundown, old, and worn out. The restaurant and terrace are permanently closed, and the waitstaff were unfriendly.
The setting is quiet, right in the park. The hotel feels aged, almost as if it were closed. I had to search for the entrance and after ringing the bell it opened. A bottle of water in the room cost 1,50€.

The location is top, right on the Velo15 (Rheinradweg) and Limes cycling route. The beds were very comfortable. The facilities are dated; for a single night it’s fine, but don’t expect too much.

The hotel itself is very old and set up in that style, with a few spider webs here and there but mostly clean. The breakfast buffet is good and the value for money is appropriate. The entrance is hidden, looks dark and unpleasant, and there's a slight musty smell; if you like “old” décor, this place will suit you.
A large balcony is a plus. The hotel seems stuck in the 1970s, with old furnishings, cloudy windows, no Wi‑Fi, a modest breakfast, and a featherbed—unacceptable in high summer.
