The breakfast offered only a handful of continental items, sourced from external caterers that delivered decent quality and flavor. The staff were friendly and polite, yet their training seemed insufficient for smooth check‑in, check‑out, and other routine tasks; better training would definitely help the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Indie in Mumbai—staff were incredibly kind and helpful, rooms were spotless and hygienic, and it’s a solid pick for business trips, solo travelers, or a US visa run; the location is prime, the price isn’t too steep, and it’s the best option overall. Keep up the great work, team!
The room was clean, but the pillows and sheets had faded, and the pillow covers were torn.
The place was awful, and the staff were outright frauds.
