Rooms feature flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, and in-room coffee machines. The hotel boasts an on-site restaurant, bar with live jazz music, and proximity to Louis Armstrong Park, Riverwalk Marketplace, and New Orleans Superdome.

The stay was utterly disappointing, with no redeeming features to mention. The photos online were misleading; the hotel looked far cleaner on the site than it did in person. Rooms and common areas were filthy, and the overall service quality was appalling, far below what a guest should expect. Staff behaved in an unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful manner, showing almost no regard for guests. The location was inconvenient and unsuitable, adding another layer of frustration. In short, everything from cleanliness to service, staff, location, and deceptive online images was a let‑down. I would not return and strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

El hotel es una gran opción si quieres estar en el centro de la ciudad, pero sin ruido por su ubicación, habitaciones grandes y muy cómodas. La atención de una de las personas que atendieron el desayuno el sábado 26 de septiembre, una mujer joven, lenta y muy poco empatica ante una persona que no entendía lo que intentaba expresarle, un trato totalmente desconsiderado de una persona que está trabajando en un hotel que recibe huéspedes de todo el mundo
