“Glorious exclusive safari with exceptional service in luxurious accommodation”
Olarro was absolutely fantastic—nothing could be faulted. It was a magical, once‑in‑a‑lifetime experience. We stayed there for three days as a family party of eleven, including three young children. Every staff member was brilliant, going above and beyond at every stage. The rooms were beautiful, clean, well‑stocked, and the hotel kept them mosquito‑free all day, setting up nets and repellants each evening. Two of us had massages from Grace, which were incredible and deeply relaxing—she is very skilled. With only about twenty guests, the place feels exclusive. The pools were lovely too. The food was all delicious, and the staff organized a special evening for my mother‑in‑law’s big birthday, which we truly appreciated. We did four game drives in the conservancy, spotting elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, and a cheetah mother with her four cubs, among others; the guides were knowledgeable, accommodating, and kind, and the children loved them. Four of us also did the quad‑bike safari, a very exciting alternative. Finally, our outbound flight was cancelled at the last minute, but Benjamin helped us secure another flight within two hours through his contacts—a perfect example of the team’s incredible attentiveness and care.
