It’s an older hotel but it’s well maintained and clean, though Eureka isn’t the nicest place and that’s not the hotel’s fault.

It’s a new property that feels clean and secure, yet it’s formulaic and lacks personality—just a place to sleep, eat, and leave; the price is high, but that’s the trade‑off for new development.

The front desk and crew were always helpful, professional, and kept the place clean. The location is just fine.

The reception and service staff were excellent and very helpful; they let me check in early, check out late, and I was really impressed. When I needed to extend my stay by 2 days, it was no problem and I stayed in the same room, which was large and clean. I appreciated that tea and coffee were available all day in the lobby. The only thing that could use improvement is breakfast: the variety is okay, but the quality is subpar except for the coffee, which was very good.

The location and pool area were nice, but the “Two room suite” turned out to be hardly a two‑room suite, which was very misleading.
