We stayed four nights in August 2026 with our partner, a teenager and a child at this authentic spot far from mass tourism, which felt like a small family campsite; the staff were professional, attentive and gave a genuinely human touch. Every day there were fresh towels and shower gel in the communal areas, plus toilets with showers, and all kinds of excursions were on offer, while the on‑site Thai restaurant served classic dishes. The tents were in excellent condition, clean, equipped with electricity, a fan, a kettle and Wi‑Fi. A fifteen‑minute walk brings you to the crowded international resort zone, yet if you look closely you’ll also find more traditional and cozy options, and we enjoyed a pleasant float down the river on inflatables. No complaints at all.
