“Received phone call 6 hours before we would arrive and the man told me the could not honor my reservation do to a mainte”
Don’t know. Didn’t get to stay there
The price and most of the staff was good except for the night person. He refused to address our noise complaint. It sounded like a bunch of monkeys throwing bowling balls. His response was “it’s not quite hours”. This was at 10:30 pm! No investigation or concer. Stephen
“Would come back”
Mike at the front desk was wonderful! Friendly and helpful!. The stairs lol but it was my choice to take them
We didn't have a chance to stay, since they overbooked and canceled our reservation. the day of!
