Nestled amid the High Tatras in Starý Smokovec, Penzion Sport offers cozy rooms with free Wi‑Fi, TVs, and optional seating areas. Private parking is available, and the electric train station is a one‑minute walk away. Nearby, restaurants, bars, shops, and a gift shop cater to guests. Ski storage, cycling, hiking, and trail access to Hrebienok, Veľká, and Malá Studená Valley begin just 400 m away.

The apartments were spacious, the location superb, and everything was clean and comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the huge room for two; the furnishings were cozy, well‑maintained, and functional. Breakfast was very good, and the friendly service lady catered to us personally. The coffee machine (great coffee!) could be used all day for a small fee. The location is central to public transport, yet it’s quiet—only a faint sound of the train station. The heating worked instantly on a cool day. On the departure day we were allowed to keep the key until our train left and could park our luggage in the house. We’ll gladly return.

The accommodation’s spot is perfect—right next to the station in the heart of Old Smokovec, the room was spacious, tidy, and the breakfast was pleasant; the staff were always helpful. I’ve stayed twice already and will definitely come back.
