The breakfast room is huge and bright, but it only offers coffee and milk with fruit pieces; a microwave would be nice. The room’s air‑conditioning is pleasant in Mompox. The rooms sit on the first floor and the shower runs cold water, while the pool water is dirty and murky.

The location on Calle de la Albarrada was excellent, everything felt super safe and clean, they cleaned the room every day, the kitchen had everything needed, and the breakfasts were delicious.

The house sits right in the heart of historic Monpox, giving off a genuine, rustic charm and a really peaceful vibe. The pool was a huge plus – we could take a dip whenever we wanted. Only thing that felt off was the hammock by the entrance; it would make more sense near the pool or even inside the room.

This place feels like a friendly, laid‑back home with a solid breakfast and spotless rooms, and Ana was always on top of things. The downside was the air‑conditioning – it barely cooled the large room on a scorching Mompox day, and the unit looked pretty worn out.

The staff were incredibly helpful, even arranging an airport pickup and holding our luggage before the official check‑in. Breakfast was good, and when we said we didn’t want bread they offered us local arepas instead. Since we booked two of the three bedrooms, we got the whole house to ourselves, which made the 16th‑century vibe feel even more special. The only hitch was that the bathroom cabinets weren’t as clean as they could have been.
