Very cheap, clean, but no room fragrance.

Good parking, friendly staff, clean. The room was small and I thought the price was high for such a small space. The toilet paper holder was broken and ventilation was poor. The next morning I got a WhatsApp message saying I still owed 100 000 rupiah for an extra night because they had miscalculated traffic. I disagreed and left. I requested a refund for the extra night I paid, and they refunded it.

Very clean, with a pleasant scent and thorough cleaning. 24/7 reception, amazing staff and helpful. The street feels safe. We came as a family of three (mom, dad, son) and focused on these aspects for a good price. It’s the perfect spot for its cost. With a taxi, the drive here is reasonable (we used Grab). Every floor has free hot water (aqua stands). Smoking is allowed on the floors, but only in the lobby areas. For Wi‑Fi, you receive a voucher for the number of days you stay. There’s no power outlet near the bed (room 105), but that’s not a major issue. The Wi‑Fi isn’t as advertised; just connect to the floor’s network, don’t use the website listed on the paper. That’s the tip.
