The breakfast was good and the hotel was very close to everything in a safe area.

What I liked most was the location and the excellent service. The hotel is very well situated, with food areas and shopping centers less than 10 minutes away. I also want to highlight especially the friendliness and service of the receptionist, who made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, the experience was spectacular. As an improvement, although Yopal is a warm city, the temperature drops a bit in the early morning and it would be ideal to have warm water to start the day better, because during my stay there was only cold water. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The place is very quiet for relaxing at night, and the front desk staff were very attentive. I couldn't pay with a card, and there is no elevator.
The staff were wonderful, the location was good, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, and they let you rest. The Booking app advertised breakfast included at the price, but the hotel only offers it from Monday to Saturday. The price was not adjusted by the hotel. The staff explained that they had already reported the issue to the app, but it was not fixed.
