The room was huge, the bed very comfortable, everything was clean, the heating worked great, and the place felt very cozy; the owner was charming, we didn’t have breakfast but he offered us something to eat, though the location was a bit far from the center, but free transfer was available on demand until 8 p.m.

The place had plenty of traveler comforts—drinks, toiletries, and more. Fabian was a real gem, always there to help us plan and navigate the city. All in all, everything worked out nicely.

Staying with Fabian felt like a breath of fresh air after our van trip through Patagonia. He upgraded us for free, drove us in and out of town, and even handed out free eggs and fruit snacks. The house was clean, cozy, and the WiFi was solid—definitely recommend if you’re heading to Punta Arenas.

Fabian is an amazing host, always ready to help and even offers shuttle rides whenever needed because the spot is a bit off‑center. The rooms are comfy, the bathrooms and common areas spotless, and the kitchen is stocked with everything from eggs to tea. He even supplies breakfast‑style goodies, so the 'no breakfast' note is a bit misleading—highly recommend.
