The room had a jug with coffee and tea and a microwave and toaster. It looks like it is used for crisis accommodation. Kids running up and down hallways. Smell of sewerage coming out of drain. Smokers next door. Not enough off‑street car parks.

I liked the good location and the outdoor area for dinner by the pool, but the male front‑desk staff seemed unprofessional, acting like he didn’t want to be there and made us feel uneasy, as if we were being helped by a friend or stranger who really didn’t care.

The place was spotless, and I’ve stayed there five times now—always clean. Parking is a lifesaver for a big SUV. The only hiccup was the loud banging from the maintenance crew next door at 9 am, right around checkout.
