Room accommodations, location. Waited over an hour after check‑in time. We arrived at 3, room not ready… multiple check‑ins at 4, we had to finally approach the desk (we were told they would text us). Staff unfamiliar with the “new system.”

I parked without hassle, the staff were friendly, the room was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. It was a quiet Friday night, and I’d definitely return.
