Breakfast was good and the location convenient, but the check‑in took a long time, the restaurant service was slow, and we couldn’t use the pool on Saturday because it was full.

The staff were friendly and approachable, the hotel looked lovely inside and the rooms were comfortable. Noise from the next room was an issue – someone was blasting loud music and the walls are thin – but the staff handled it immediately.

The reception area was beautiful and the staff were very helpful, but the bar was occupied by a wedding party, it was chaotic with kids running everywhere. Weddings should stay in the main area only on wedding days; all other events should be held in the function room on the opposite side of the hotel, away from the residence bar. The room was comfortable but needed renovation.
