Easy to get to the location. The floor in the room made noise, there was no liquid soap in the bathroom, the laundry service was very bad – I gave them a garment and they returned it smelling awful, and the staff didn't do anything about it. The price for ironing one shirt was 70 riyals. The valet from the Egyptian nationality parked my car at night and told me the parking was empty, so I had to park myself – it was a bad experience.

We took a junior suite that was a good size, clean, modern, with bathroom supplies, a robe, a coffee machine, a lounge, a bedroom, and one bathroom. The staff responded quickly. The bed was comfortable and connected to the complex. The breakfast was ordinary, there was only one bathroom in the suite, and the lobby was small.
