“I'm not going back”
I was handed a different room just to avoid having towels, and it took a while before I finally got it. The room they assigned me felt sketchy because it was tucked into a back corner with no obvious exit. I felt uneasy, but I felt safe when my friend arrived.
“Convenient but wondering why the keep giving me their worst room…… not a good experience”
The only good thing was the convenient location. I’ve stayed here before and they always give me the worst rooms on the property. This time the room wasn’t fully stocked or clean, and the AC didn’t work, so they moved me to another room.
The location was fine. The room wasn’t that clean and the fridge wasn’t working.
“If I could get a refund I would like to….very bad experience”
Nothing good at all. I want a refund for this experience. The place was the worst I’ve ever been in, and the staff lady got agitated after issuing rooms twice and having to change them. The original room had no fridge and wasn’t clean. The second room was barely breathable, heavily smoked, and had an electrical problem in the bathroom—the light switch made a loud buzzing noise that couldn’t be silenced. When they gave me the third room, the lady seemed irritated with me for reasons unknown. The third room had a fridge and no awful smell or noise, but it still wasn’t clean and wasn’t fully supplied with towels.
The only thing was price and they let me park 2 vehicles.It was not busy.The website pic did not match actual motel. The air condition took 3 hour to cool the whole room. The door frame need repairs no food place near by
