“Would pay more to stay elsewhere.”
The location was fine, but the elevator felt scary and the bathtub was falling apart; the front‑desk clerk lounged in a lobby chair on her phone, and I walked past that scene several times.
“Fair”
The area was nice, but the breakfast was awful—many items were hard and dry, no one was around to discuss it, and the check‑in staff was hard to understand; when I returned, she was on speaker phone in another language.
It was okay.
“The hotel is comfortable and located very near to the university. We would stay there again.”
The spot was great, the bed was comfy, and they refilled towels without being asked, though the bathtub and sink looked a bit grungy from age.
“Would definitely not recommend or stay there again”
The food was acceptable but not replenished efficiently, ran out, and took a while to replace; only one person handled food, kitchen, and front desk, which isn’t her fault. Vending machines were mostly empty and shabby, the ice machine on our floor looked old and dirty, and the whole hotel needs remodeling—lobby furniture, hallways, and rooms are very worn and unappealing.
