Honestly, the place is beautiful and Riyad is incredible, especially the children’s pool.

Great location outside the chaos but close to all services, and the Medina is reachable on foot with a pleasant walk. Nothing to add.

Secure residence with several restaurants, and the excursion‑type services offered on site were available to us. The concept of everything under one roof is interesting. The riad is large and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast service is possible (very good) prepared by an in‑house person for a very reasonable price. There are odors in the house (possible plumbing issue?). The residence is a bit far from the Medina center (returning at night by taxi and the taxis do not use meters.). The manager’s response was quite “aggressive” when we asked if a commercial gesture could be made because we had a 3‑day desert visit instead of 2 and thus paid for a night we didn’t stay. We understand it may not be possible given the notice period, but the reply could have been more professional.
