The location and the cordiality of the owners were great. It’s a three‑room apartment: a dining‑kitchen area and two bedrooms, suitable for a family with kids. However, while the interior of the apartment is in very good condition, the building itself is heavily deteriorated. It’s not a small hotel (what’s called a bed and breakfast in Argentina), but a private rental apartment, which was a bit disappointing.

A very nice place, everything was clean, and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

There were breakfast vouchers for two nearby bars; I only used one. I’d rather the price be lowered than receive vouchers, so it would be good to have the option to book the apartment WITH or WITHOUT breakfast. It was great that there was always water in the fridge. The only downside was the limited storage space in the bathroom, and the cleaning was done even when we didn’t want it that often. Everything else was good.

The location would have been better if we were staying in the city. Ottavio helped us with our luggage from the car parked on the next street and carried our bags from the courtyard up the stairs; he came back the next morning to help again. He was very helpful for two mature travelers with heavy bags. We didn't get breakfast; instead we received a voucher for a coffee and a bread roll at a local café. The kitchen area was shared with another room. The hotel claimed to have parking, but it was private parking 15 minutes away, so moving luggage over uneven footpaths was inconvenient. Entry required passing through two courtyards and two flights of stairs, and the information should have been clearer on the booking site.
