The location and comfort were excellent.

Very clean, close to the train station and all the shops, and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was large and comfortable with a big bathtub in the bathroom. Towels were changed daily unless the guest requested otherwise, and housekeeping came every four days. The onsen was inaccessible to people with tattoos unless the tattoos were covered. Small items (creams, coffee…) had to be taken each day from the hall at the arrival counter because the rooms were not restocked, for a daily quantity.
