The breakfast was excellent and varied, always served with a smile and a lot of kindness from the host, Jawad. The location was great for reaching Piazza Batha (where the buses for trips to Meknes and Ifrane depart) and for getting to the Blue Gate and exploring the Medina. The environment is simple but family‑like.
The place sits just a stone’s throw from the blue gate, so finding it is a breeze, the rooms are roomy, and Amal is very attentive to any question or taxi request you might have. Nothing else stood out; the bathroom floods because there's no divider between the toilet and shower, but for a couple of nights that's not a big deal—it’s part of the vibe.
The hotel is beautiful with amazing Moroccan style and stunning tile work everywhere. The space itself is gorgeous and feels very authentic. The staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was excellent, and the room was quiet with great AC. They also arranged our early‑morning transport to the train station, making our departure stress‑free. A true Moroccan experience—I highly recommend staying here.
Convenient location for visiting Fez inside and outside the medina. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at any riad in Morocco. The terrace is beautiful and the tiles in the rooms look great. The downside is that the bathroom floods completely when you shower and there’s not much airflow in the riad.
