The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom layout was excellent, but it needed safety bars in the bathtub, and the pillows were very tough and uncomfortable.

The staff were absolutely stellar, working hard to assign me a bottom‑floor room because I was traveling with my dog, and they were consistently polite and helpful. The room itself was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped, and the location was great; the complimentary breakfast was also excellent. The only suggestion I have is to add a few benches outside for guests who want to smoke or get fresh air, since the pool area was closed and had no seating.

Kathy at the front desk was fantastic—warm, friendly, and full of positive energy. She also kept security in mind and shared personal and room details discreetly, which I really appreciated.

We were greeted enthusiastically by (Kathy?) and managed to snag a room away from the usual hotel noise; it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was filling, though I know Hampton Inn Hotels usually serve it hotter.
