The place was very quiet, but there was no TV in the room.

I liked that we could attend Mass in the morning, and the breakfast would have been fine if we weren’t gluten‑free like we are, though I think they could accommodate with notice; the only downside was the lack of a late check‑in option—if you didn’t arrive by about 8 pm you couldn’t check in, and the front desk isn’t staffed all the time.

The breakfast was good and the staff were very nice; the room was old‑fashioned but tidy, as one would expect from a monastery, and the location is excellent—quiet yet right in the city centre. The pillows need a renovation, which is unfortunately common in 85 % of accommodations, so when I travel by car I usually bring my own.

The reception was very friendly, pure relaxation with a Christian program, and the staff were helpful, especially during breakfast where the service was excellent; everything was perfect.
