I recently stayed at a hotel that had a great internet connection, allowing me to work efficiently during my stay. However, the check-in process was a bit inconvenient as I had to wait for about an hour and a half for the owner to return from her appointment, which was scheduled at the same time as my expected check-in at 2 pm. This delay was frustrating, especially since it was a bit puzzling that the owner had scheduled an appointment at the same time she knew guests would be arriving.
