“Less than average”
They had another guest booked in the same room! He arrived and tried to enter while I was there.

The location was good. The room’s cleanliness was lacking, and the dining area was too small for breakfast.

The breakfast was very basic—no real orange juice, scrambled eggs, or ham. It might be worth charging a bit more and offering a better breakfast. The bath was uninviting, very flat, and there was no shower phone. The corridors smelled like an old building.

The room was spacious.

The room was spacious. There was no elevator, the breakfast was minimal, and we had to ask for hot water and coffee on two consecutive days because they were not restocked.
