“Disastrous.”
My experience could hardly have been worse. We arrived on Monday evening to be told that we had cancelled our reservation (we had not) because we wanted smoking accommodations (we don’t smoke). We were then put in a room for the night that was so oppressive with room‑freshener odor that we had to move to a different room. In the morning, we were moved not to a room in the property but to a sister location driving distance away – which removed our ability to walk to town, a primary factor in our selecting the Bay Voyage Inn. On top of that, the Wi‑Fi in our room never worked during our entire stay. I expect a full refund as well as a make‑good reservation at a property of my choosing.
