The reservation and front‑desk crew—Ola, Omar, and Adel—were incredibly helpful and friendly, doing everything they could to make my stay comfortable; I arrived five hours before check‑in after a long journey and they got a room ready for me right away. The hotel manager, Mr Omar, was very kind and generous, even giving me a free upgrade when I realized my booked room lacked a sea view. Everything—from the beach‑room cleanliness to the food, location, and the professional, kind, attentive staff led by a talented manager—was fantastic during my eight‑day stay. I also want to thank the booking support and the reservation team at Jewel Beach Matrouh for fixing my date‑entry mistake quickly.
