The hotel is close to the university and the metro, the staff are discreet and welcoming, and the hotel is comfortable, convenient, and clean.

I’m still waiting for my $100 deposit; it hasn’t been returned yet. Other than that, there isn’t much else to note.

Breakfast was very good, the food tasted great and the area was well maintained. The staff were super courteous. However, the key cards didn’t work and guests weren’t informed. I got stuck in the stairwell on the 5th floor and couldn’t exit onto any other floor, so I had to make separate trips to fix the issue.
